Terms of Service

The product rules stay explicit.

These terms govern use of Praxio across the iPhone app, website, subscriptions, and support surfaces. They are written to be direct and readable for families, not buried behind a launch placeholder.

Acceptance and scope

By using Praxio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Praxio on behalf of a learner, family, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

These Terms apply to the Praxio iPhone app, website, support surfaces, subscriptions, and connected family features unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Eligibility and parent responsibility

If a learner is below the age required to use the service independently, a parent or guardian must create, supervise, authorize, or connect the account as required by applicable law.

Parents and guardians are responsible for family oversight decisions they make through Praxio, including whether a learner should have an account and whether family visibility should stay active.

Accounts and account security

Keep login credentials accurate and reasonably secure.
Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for people without permission.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Provide truthful role, family, and billing information when Praxio asks for it.

Educational use and product scope

Praxio is an educational practice product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board.

Praxio may help learners build habits, review concepts, and prepare for tests, but it does not guarantee a specific score, admission result, scholarship result, or educational outcome.

No score guarantee

Predicted scores, readiness signals, mastery summaries, and other progress indicators are estimates or learning tools, not promises.

Praxio does not guarantee that a learner will earn any specific SAT score or result from using the service.

Subscriptions and paid access

Some Praxio features may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe through Apple, Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds under its own terms and policies.

Paid plans, trials, entitlements, and included features may change over time. If Praxio materially changes paid access, the product and public marketing copy may also change.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the billing channel that processed it unless Praxio explicitly says otherwise.

Family features and connected accounts

Praxio may let learners and parents connect accounts for visibility, support, or digest-style updates. Those features should be used only for real, authorized family relationships.

Do not use family features to impersonate a guardian, monitor someone without authorization, or create false household relationships.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls for Praxio.
Do not use Praxio to harass others, upload harmful material, or interfere with another learner or family account.
Do not misuse support channels, payment flows, or family-sharing features in ways that create fraud or impersonation risk.
Do not use Praxio for unlawful commercial exploitation, cheating services, or automated extraction of educational content.

Content, ownership, and feedback

Praxio and its content, software, branding, and question presentation are owned by Praxio or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

If you send feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you allow Praxio to use that feedback to improve the service without further compensation to you.

Support and operational communications

Praxio may contact you about account access, product issues, support requests, billing matters, family-account questions, or legal and policy updates related to the service.

If you contact support, you agree to provide truthful information and understand that Praxio may need to verify ownership before changing account, billing, or family-access state.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of Praxio from time to time. We may also suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is violating these Terms, creating security risk, or misusing the service.

You may stop using Praxio at any time and can contact support for account-related requests, including deletion where applicable.

Disclaimers

Praxio is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Praxio disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

Praxio does not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, universal compatibility with every device, or that every bug will be fixed on any specific timeline.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Praxio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Praxio's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid to Praxio for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

Praxio may update these Terms as the product, business model, legal obligations, subscriptions, or family features evolve.

When the Terms change materially, Praxio may update the website, revise in-product links, and change the public last-updated date shown here.
