Support that is actually useful.
This is the public help center for Praxio. It now holds real FAQs, direct support contact, and a structured feedback flow instead of launch-placeholder copy.
For account, subscription, family, or data questions, email support directly and include the email tied to your Praxio account when possible.
Contact supportReach Praxio support directly.
Email is still the primary support channel. The feedback form below simply opens a structured draft so support gets something concrete instead of a vague bug report.
support@getpraxio.appInclude the account email, device, and whether the issue was sign-in, onboarding, password reset, or session recovery.
Say whether the purchase was through Apple, what plan you expected, and anything about renewals, receipts, or entitlement mismatch that will help support trace the problem quickly.
For parent invites or learner sharing questions, include the learner first name and the parent account email if one exists.
The most useful bug reports name the screen, the action, the approximate time, and whether the issue blocked practice or just felt rough.
Real FAQs, not filler copy.
These are the recurring questions a learner or parent is most likely to have when the product is working as designed.
Should I start with Today or with Practice?+
Start with Today when you want the least friction and the next recommended quiz. Use Practice when you already know the skill or type of work you want to target on purpose.
Why are the sessions intentionally short?+
Praxio is designed around repeatable momentum. A small daily win is usually more valuable than a huge study plan that stops after a few days.
How do reminders work?+
Practice reminders follow the time and days a learner sets in Profile. Streak alerts and milestone alerts are separate so people can choose accountability without turning on every notification.
Why did my streak not change the way I expected?+
A streak changes when qualifying practice is completed, not just when the app is opened. If the count looks wrong, include the date, rough time, and platform in feedback so support can trace it.
How do parent and guardian connections work?+
A learner sends an email invite, and the connection becomes active only after the invited parent accepts from their own account. Connected family access is meant to stay visible and revocable.
Can a parent silently watch everything?+
No. Parent visibility is intended to be an explicit product feature, not hidden monitoring. Family connections are visible in the product and can be removed.
What changes with Elite?+
Praxio uses a Free, Pro, and Elite ladder. Pro unlocks the core premium practice layer, while Elite adds deeper personalization, score guidance, and broader family-facing insight. The exact billing and entitlement details are described in the subscription and legal surfaces.
What should I do if a question seems wrong or confusing?+
Flag question-specific issues from the session flow. Use the general feedback form here for broader product issues like navigation, account behavior, or something that feels consistently off.
How do I request deletion, correction, or data help?+
Use the privacy policy for the current rules, then contact support from the account email whenever possible so ownership can be verified before changes are made.
What is the difference between private feedback and a public rating?+
Private feedback helps Praxio fix things. Public ratings help other families decide whether to try the app. If something still needs work, private feedback is the better first move.
Private feedback first.
Structured FormGive the product a private rating, title the issue, choose a category, and describe what happened. If you are thrilled with the app, the native iPhone app can nudge you toward a public rating after that.
